DIY Solar Lead Pilot Program Terms

These Pilot Terms govern participation in the RV Freedom Solutions DIY Solar Lead Pilot Program.

Pilot Access

The pilot provides limited access to RV DIY solar leads delivered through RV Freedom Solutions’ intake and routing system. Pilot access is intended solely to allow participating businesses to evaluate lead quality, volume, and workflow compatibility prior to any ongoing arrangement.

Lead Delivery

Pilot participants will receive 50 RV DIY solar leads delivered through RV Freedom Solutions’ intake and routing system. Leads are delivered automatically once the pilot begins. RV Freedom Solutions does not guarantee conversions, sales outcomes, installations, or revenue associated with the delivered leads.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for managing inquiries professionally, communicating clearly with RV owners, and determining whether a given lead is a fit for their services or offerings. RV Freedom Solutions does not participate in pricing decisions, sales outcomes, consulting engagements, installations, or agreements between participants and RV owners.

No Guarantees

The pilot is provided for evaluation purposes only. Results may vary based on experience, responsiveness, follow-up practices, and internal processes. No specific performance, earnings, or conversion outcomes are promised or implied.

Payment and Refunds

Pilot fees are non-refundable once lead delivery begins. By completing payment, you acknowledge that access to the system and initiation of lead delivery constitutes fulfillment of the pilot service.

No Ongoing Obligation

Participation in the pilot does not obligate either party to continue beyond the pilot period. Any ongoing access, if offered, will be subject to separate terms and pricing.

Limitation of Liability

RV Freedom Solutions is not responsible for actions taken by RV owners or participating businesses, nor for outcomes resulting from consultations, advice, equipment recommendations, system designs, installations, or project decisions.

Acceptance

By completing payment for the pilot program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Pilot Program Terms.
